Artist Agreement

This Artist Agreement applies to all mehndi artists registering or offering services through MyMehndiBooking.

By creating an artist account, you agree to this Artist Agreement.

1. Independent Artist Status

Artists listed on MyMehndiBooking are independent service providers.

Artists are not employees, agents, partners, or representatives of MyMehndiBooking unless separately agreed in writing.

2. Artist Profile

Artists must provide accurate information including:

name/business name phone/email city/service area pricing service categories portfolio images availability payout details

Fake profiles, misleading information, or copied portfolios are not allowed.

3. Service Quality

Artists agree to:

provide services professionally respect customers and families arrive on time complete accepted bookings responsibly maintain hygiene and proper conduct avoid abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior 4. Booking Acceptance

Artists should accept bookings only if they are available and capable of providing the requested service.

Once accepted, artists should not cancel without valid reason.

5. Rejection of Booking

Artists may reject bookings if unavailable. If the booking was paid, the platform may process refund review for the customer.

6. Cancellation by Artist

Artist cancellation after acceptance may lead to:

Artists must not bypass MyMehndiBooking for platform-generated leads or bookings.

Artists must not:

ask customers to cancel platform booking and pay directly share direct payment details to avoid platform commission redirect platform leads to personal WhatsApp/Instagram for unpaid conversion misuse customer contact details

Violation may result in suspension or removal.

8. Commission and Charges

Artists agree that MyMehndiBooking may deduct applicable commission, platform fees, or charges as configured by the platform.

Commission and payout rules may change based on platform settings.

9. Payout Details

Artists must provide valid UPI or bank details.

Artists are responsible for accuracy of payout details.

Payout may be delayed or held if details are incorrect, incomplete, or under review.

10. Portfolio and Content Rights

Artists must upload only content they own or have permission to use.

By uploading content, artists grant MyMehndiBooking a limited, non-exclusive license to display and promote the content on:

artist profile marketplace listing social media ads/promotions website banners marketing material 11. Reviews and Ratings

Artists must not create fake reviews or ask others to post misleading reviews.

Manipulated ratings may lead to account action.

12. Customer Data

Artists must use customer details only for the confirmed booking.

Artists must not misuse customer phone numbers, addresses, or personal details for spam, harassment, or unrelated marketing.

13. Disputes

Artists must cooperate with admin during disputes, refund reviews, customer complaints, and payout reviews.

14. Suspension

MyMehndiBooking may suspend or remove artists for:

fake profile poor service repeated cancellation customer complaints bypassing platform abusive behavior fake reviews fraud or misuse
