The main platform agreement for customers, artists, bookings, accounts, content, and reviews.

Welcome to MyMehndiBooking. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our marketplace platform, including browsing artists, creating accounts, booking services, making payments, communicating with artists, managing bookings, and using dashboards.

By using MyMehndiBooking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Platform Role

MyMehndiBooking is a technology marketplace platform that connects customers with independent mehndi artists.

MyMehndiBooking does not directly provide mehndi services unless clearly stated. Artists listed on the platform are independent service providers.

2. User Eligibility

By using the platform, you confirm that:

you can enter into a valid agreement the information you provide is accurate you will use the platform only for lawful purposes you will not misuse booking, chat, payment, or review features 3. Account Responsibilities

Users and artists are responsible for:

maintaining account security providing correct contact details keeping profile information updated using strong passwords not sharing login credentials

MyMehndiBooking may suspend accounts involved in suspicious, fraudulent, abusive, or policy-violating activity.

4. Booking Terms

A booking may go through different statuses, such as:

payment pending paid accepted rejected cancelled completed refund pending refunded

A booking is treated as confirmed only after successful payment verification and platform confirmation.

Until payment is completed and verified, the booking may remain payment pending and may not be treated as an active booking.

5. Artist Acceptance or Rejection

Artists may accept or reject booking requests according to availability and platform rules.

If an artist rejects a paid booking, the booking may become eligible for refund review as per the Refund Policy.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

provide correct event details provide accurate location/address be available for coordination treat artists respectfully make payments only through approved platform/payment channels avoid fake bookings or harassment follow cancellation rules 7. Artist Responsibilities

Artists agree to:

provide accurate profile and pricing information upload original or authorized portfolio content maintain updated availability accept bookings only when they can provide the service arrive on time behave professionally avoid fake reviews or fake portfolio claims not redirect platform customers outside MyMehndiBooking 8. Payments

Payments are processed through Razorpay or other supported providers.

MyMehndiBooking may support:

advance payment full payment remaining payment flow manual admin payout process

Payment confirmation depends on successful verification.

9. Platform Fees and Commission

MyMehndiBooking may charge:

platform fee commission payment processing-related charges cancellation-related deductions service charges

The applicable charge may depend on admin settings, booking type, and platform rules.

10. No Bypass Policy

Users and artists must not bypass MyMehndiBooking for bookings initiated through the platform.

Artists must not:

ask users to cancel and pay outside the platform redirect users to personal WhatsApp/UPI for platform-generated bookings avoid platform commission use platform leads for direct unpaid conversion

Violation may result in:

warning reduced visibility payout hold account suspension permanent removal 11. Reviews and Ratings

Users may leave reviews only for genuine booking experiences.

The platform may remove reviews that are:

fake abusive misleading spam paid/manipulated unrelated to the booking 12. Content Rights

Artists retain ownership of their uploaded content.

By uploading images, videos, profile content, or portfolio material, artists grant MyMehndiBooking a limited, non-exclusive right to display, promote, and use such content for marketplace and marketing purposes.

Artists must not upload copyrighted content without permission.

13. Support and Disputes

Users and artists may contact support for:

booking issues payment problems refund requests payout issues artist/user misconduct disputes

Admin may review booking records, payment references, support messages, and chat history to resolve disputes.

14. Limitation of Liability

MyMehndiBooking is not responsible for:

service quality beyond reasonable marketplace control artist delay/no-show unless covered by platform policy wrong information provided by users/artists payment delays caused by banks/payment gateways force majeure events personal disputes outside platform records 15. Account Suspension

The platform may suspend or terminate accounts for:

fraud abuse harassment fake bookings fake reviews payment manipulation policy violations attempts to bypass platform commission 16. Policy Updates

MyMehndiBooking may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated Terms.
