MyMehndiBooking is a marketplace-style platform that connects customers with independent mehndi artists for booking mehndi services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and share information when users, artists, or visitors use our website, dashboard, booking system, payment system, chat/support features, or related services.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following information from artists:

full name business or brand name email address phone number profile photo portfolio images service categories pricing details service locations availability details UPI ID bank account details payout-related information verification or KYC-related details, where required

Payments on MyMehndiBooking are processed through Razorpay or other supported payment partners.

MyMehndiBooking does not store:

card numbers CVV UPI PIN banking passwords full sensitive payment credentials

We may store:

Razorpay payment ID order ID refund ID payment status booking payment status transaction reference refund processing status

Razorpay supports refunds through dashboard and APIs, including full or partial refunds for captured payments. Normal refunds may take processing time depending on Razorpay and the customer’s bank/payment method.

Artist Public Profile Information

Artist profiles may be visible publicly on MyMehndiBooking.

Public artist profile information may include:

artist/business name city/service area profile photo portfolio images pricing range categories ratings and reviews availability status profile description

Sensitive payout details such as full bank account numbers, UPI details, or KYC information will not be publicly displayed.

5. Payout and Bank Data Protection

Artists may provide UPI ID and/or bank details for payout processing.

We may show limited masked information in the dashboard, such as:

last few digits of account number masked UPI ID payout status

Full payout details may be accessible only to authorized admin users for payout processing.

6. Chat and Support Data

Booking-related chat and support messages may be stored to:

help users and artists communicate resolve disputes review refund requests detect abusive behavior support admin review

Users and artists should not share highly sensitive personal information unnecessarily in chat.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We may use cookies or similar technologies to:

We use reasonable security practices to protect user and artist data. However, no online platform can guarantee 100% security.

Users and artists are responsible for:

Some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, dispute, or accounting purposes.

MyMehndiBooking is not intended for use by children without parental or guardian supervision. Users should not create accounts using false information.
