Cancellation Policy

Cancellation opens 10 days before the event date and closes 4 days before the event date.

This Cancellation Policy explains when and how customers and artists may cancel bookings.

1. Customer Cancellation Window

Customers can cancel eligible bookings only during the allowed cancellation window.

The cancellation window:

opens 10 days before the event date closes 4 days before the event date

This means customers cannot cancel through the dashboard:

more than 10 days before the event date within 4 days of the event date 2. Why Cancellation Window Exists

The cancellation window helps protect:

customer flexibility artist planning event scheduling platform payment/refund processing 3. Cancellation Outside Window

If the booking cannot be cancelled through the dashboard, customers may contact support for special review.

Support may consider:

medical emergency wrong booking date natural disaster artist issue unavoidable event changes

Manual approval is not guaranteed.

4. After Successful Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled successfully:

booking status is updated artist is notified admin is notified event date may become available again refund eligibility may be reviewed 5. Artist Cancellation

Artists should not cancel accepted bookings unless unavoidable.

If an artist cancels:

customer may be eligible for refund review admin may review the reason artist account may receive warning or penalty repeated cancellations may reduce visibility or lead to suspension 6. Rescheduling

If a customer wants to change the date/time instead of cancelling, they should contact the artist/support. Rescheduling depends on:

artist availability admin approval payment status event date platform rules 7. No-Show

If a customer or artist does not attend/respond on the booking date, admin may review the case based on available evidence, chat messages, payment records, and support requests.
