Payment Policy

Razorpay payment processing, verification, pending status, failed payments, and gateway delays.

Payments on MyMehndiBooking are processed securely through Razorpay or supported payment partners.

1. Payment Gateway

MyMehndiBooking uses Razorpay or other supported payment gateways to process customer payments.

The platform does not store sensitive payment credentials such as card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords.

2. Payment Verification

A booking is confirmed in the system only after successful payment verification.

Until payment is completed and verified, the booking may remain:
