When can I cancel a booking?
Cancellation opens 10 days before the event date and closes 4 days before the event date.
Can I cancel outside the cancellation window?
Customer dashboard cancellation is not available outside the eligible window. Special cases must be reviewed through support/admin.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed through Razorpay and verified before a booking request is treated as paid.
When are refunds reviewed?
Refunds depend on booking status, payment status, cancellation eligibility, artist response and admin review.
How do artist payouts work?
Artist payouts are handled using saved UPI/bank details and may be marked by admin after eligible booking and payment milestones.
