1. Respectful Communication

Users and artists must communicate respectfully.

Not allowed:

abusive language harassment threats discrimination inappropriate messages spam 2. Genuine Bookings

Customers should create bookings only when they genuinely intend to book a mehndi artist.

Fake bookings may lead to account suspension.

3. Professional Artist Conduct

Artists must:

be punctual behave politely maintain hygiene provide agreed service avoid last-minute cancellations avoid asking customers to bypass platform 4. Honest Reviews

Reviews should be honest and based on real booking experience.

Fake, paid, or manipulated reviews are not allowed.

5. Safe Use of Chat

Chat should be used only for booking-related discussion.

Users and artists should avoid sharing unnecessary sensitive data.

6. No Platform Misuse

Violation may lead to:

warning feature restriction account suspension permanent removal
